In today's manic social setting and ever increasing expectations, just a small setback or problem can leave one overwhelmed, feeling trapped and in a state of desperation.
Fortunately, expert counselling techniques have been developed to alleviate despair and suffering. These techniques teach resilience, coping mechanisms and give the client tools to deal with his or her condition.
I have expert knowledge of counselling techniques and have assisting clients for 25 years in a multitude of psychological and social difficulties. I specialise in child and family work.
I always hold the safety of my client as the most important aspect, allowing the clients to share their difficulties in order to become more conscious and promote healing.
